Hi! I'm Nicole, and I founded the Mostly Healthy Method! I know how it feels to lose yourself in motherhood - I was just a struggling new mom (for the second time) with zero motivation to ditch the maternity clothes. 


I’ve always considered myself active and mostly healthy, but I quickly learned a hard lesson: you have to prioritize yourself if you want to see results… but unless you know how to CREATE deliciously satisfying meals, it’s not possible to create the lasting results you deserve.


So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about nutrition in an effort to create healthy habits for myself...

In my search to master everything about sustainable weight-loss, I was able to shed 20+ pounds in 90 days - all without counting a single calorie.. And fellow mamas started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR health and wellness journey too.

So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to shed the weight and improve my relationship with food — all through eating more plant foods alone.


That is how the "Mostly Healthy Method" was born!
