This is the most decadent, mousse-like chocolate pie ever! So delicious and incredibly easy to make! It's the perfect treat to whip up for a gathering with friends and family who won't even taste the difference with this vegan dish! ⁣⁣ Oh and did I mention there's over 40g of protein?

Yes people, and it's

½ cup of chocolate non-dairy chocolate milk ⁣⁣
½ cup of creamy peanut butter ⁣⁣
16 oz. of silken tofu (one package)⁣⁣
10 oz. of non-dairy chocolate chips (one bag, usually) ⁣⁣
(1) Oreo pie crust

1️⃣ Pour chocolate chips into bowl, and cook on stovetop or microwave until completely melted. Be sure to stir constantly or microwave in 30 second increments to avoid burning! ⁣⁣
2️⃣ Add tofu, peanut butter, chocolate milk, and melted chocolate chips to blender (we use a Vitamix, but any high speed blender will do!)⁣⁣
3️⃣ Blend until thoroughly mixed! It should be a thicker, pudding-like consistency ⁣
4️⃣ Pour blended ingredients into Oreo pie crust, scraping sides with spoon ⁣

5️⃣ Lick the spoon ⁣
6️⃣ Chill until served ⁣⁣
