HOW IT WORKS

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

 

STEP 1: MHM Blueprint 

In Week 1, we break down the entire process of meal construction, mindset blocks, and which healthy habits you’d like to work towards most.

 

STEP 2: Programming Your Mind For Success

We'll reveal the root causes of your procrastination, self-sabotage, perfectionism, and other behavioral patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. This is a scientific methodology that will show you how to re-wire your brain to think like a healthy mama - and most importantly, ACT like one too.

STEP 3: Calorie Density 101

You’ll learn how to structure your day yourself as a mostly health mama, create dangerously effective structure (no complex BS), and know how to validate your choices in the kitchen to ensure no time is wasted.

 

STEP 4: Physical Activity  

You’ll learn where your road blocks in fitness are and how to develop a routine that is sustainable for YOU! Won’t be spending hours in the gym or placing a huge emphasis on cardio. The goal is to simply move your body in a way that is enjoyable and feels good. 

 

STEP 5: Set Up For Success

We'll formulate a customized system to cater to YOUR needs for overall health and wellness. This will be a sustainable practice that will have you continuing to reach your goals long after you have completed the 90 day program. Your grocery shops will be full of confidence and nutritious foods that you and your family will enjoy!
